Analysis of employee selection process conducted by PT. Sinactrans Adhi Sakti
This Thesis assesses the effective recruitment process conducted by PT. SinactransrnAdhi Sakti Jakarta. The primary purpose of this Thesis is to know what kind ofrnemployee selection process method was implemented by PT. Sinactrans Adhi Sakti,rnand to analyze the effectivity of the selection process. This Thesis also intended tornanalyze what factor that have a significant impact toward the effectivity of selectionrnprocess.rn A combination of qualitative and quantitative method was used in this research.rnHence, to collect data the writer conducted an interview with the Manager of HumanrnResource Department and the President Director using an interview guide and alsorndocumentary study. The writer also distributed 50 questionnaires to employees of PT.rnSinactrans Adhi Sakti for the purpose of data completeness.rnThe result of Qualitative and Quantitative analysis will be the key elements onrnformulating the conclusion in this Thesis.
