Developing a mobile tank robot with speech recognition using CMU sphinx
Speech recognition applications are becoming more and more popular nowadays. Various speech recognition applications are widely available in the market like: PDAs, smart phones, laptops etc. With the growth of the speech recognition technology, it is required that this technology also available on other systems other than handheld devices. The demand emerged into rapid development of speech recognition in more sophisticated electronics like cars, homes and even aircrafts. In this project, speech recognition is used to control a miniature of a tank, which is a mobile tank robot by using CMU Sphinx, a rapidly growing open source speech recognition engine developed by Carnegie Mellon University.
