The Impacts of store atmospheric towards behaviroural intention with dining satisfaction as intervening variable case study: independent coffee shop in Bintaro
Nowadays coffee shops enhance their interior design to make their place more comfortable and instagarammable. This phenomenon exist throughout Indonesia, especially in middle up income area and Bintaro, Tangerang selatan is not an exception. Which is Bintaro. Kopimanyar, Omnikopi, and Pigeonhole are three independent coffee shops located in bintaro. The geographical location of this three coffee shops are near to with one another all three coffee shops have a very interesting interior design which will be discussed in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether store atmospherics gives impact on dining satisfaction and behavioral intention. Moreover, this study would also like to find out whether dining satisfaction have an influence on behavioural intention. This study is using primary research by spreading questionnaires to gain the data. The data is being processed with IBM SPSS to check the validity and reliability for 30 Pre-Test questionnaires. The next step is to use SPSS for 153 Post-Test questionnaires. The result of this study showed that store atmospherics on dining satisfaction and behavioural intention have the biggest impact in Kopimanyar 63.4% compare to Pigeonhole with 17.8% and Omnikopi with 11.3%.
