A chronic exposure to Ultraviolet (UV) from sunlight can cause skin damage or skin disease. Applying cosmetic products such as skin lotions containing antioxidant can protect the skin from UV. Coffee pulp is a major coffee waste in the coffee industry and has a natural antioxidants compound. The aim of this study was to apply the coffee pulp extract powder into the skin lotion formulation, also study the phenolic content, antioxidant activity inside the coffee pulp skin lotion and its stability.
