Influence of k-pop exposure towards the interest for joining a dance cover group among teenagers around Bekasi Utara
This study is conducted to find out about the influence of K-pop exposure to the interest of the teenagers to join a dance cover group. This study used quantitative research as the research method and this research is conducted in Bekasi Utara with gathering 102 respondents from a senior high school students or teenagers. The research objectives are divided into three parts, first is to find out about whether K-pop exposure is influencing teenagers to join a dance cover group, second which medium is influencing teenagers more to join a dance cover group divided into social media and television, and the third objectives from the AIDA theory is to find out about in which level of process is influencing more teenagers to join a dance cover group. The result for this thesis is K-pop exposure is influencing teenagers to join a dance cover group, social media is influencing teenagers more to join a dance cover group rather than television, and attention level from AIDA theory is influencing more than the other level in influencing teenagers to join a dance cover group.
