Cause and effect analysis of package and document late delivery, case study of PT. Pos Indonesia
The objective of this research is to analyze the cause and effect of package and document late delivery in PT Pos Indonesia. This research use both primary and secondary data that gathered from the company data in MPC Pos Jakarta. Ishikawa diagram and cause and effect matrix will be use to determine the factor that can cause lateness delivery. This data use time series data from January 2013- December 2015.
