The purpose if this thesis is to implement industrial robot arm into flexible manufacturing system for palletizing operation with industrial safety standards by using Mitsubishi RV-M1 Movemaster EX. To implement industrial standards robot arm need to have safe system when communicating with other stations. By implementing fail-safe on the handshake communication with processing and conveyor station it can have safe system that avoid mechanic collision when problems occurred."
