Influence of transformational leadership and job satisfaction toward job performance: a case study of company XYZ
The main purpose of this research paper is to study the significance of Transformational Leadership and Job Satisfaction in relation with Job Performance at Company XYZ. The study is conducted on an Indonesian Bank. The study is based on quantitative data of 50 respondents from Company XYZ. This research utilised surveys through questionnaires to collect the data and used the SPSS for statistical analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. All the collected data was analysed and the findings then compared to literature review to provide conclusions and recommendation. Questionnaires were distributed among 50 respondents
