Analysis and data manipulation of electronic territory management system (field force management)

Main purposes of this research are: to enable the company to reach a higher productivity of their Field Force, helping Medical Representatives and Managers to perform their tasks efficiently, to enable the management know all the activities done by Medical Representatives in different areas in the country, manage and follow up promotional activities of the Field Force. Analysis and planning methodologies are used in this research. Analysis methodology includes collecting data and information needed through survey, interview, and literature materials which related to research object, and analyze the current available system used in the company. And planning methodology includes building the database that will be used in this research and create the new system to improve the weaknesses found in the current available system as many as possible, so the result of this research will meet the company's requirements. All the result of this research are expected to be an extra coverage compared to the current available system, in which at the end it would help both the Field Force as well as the Management to have a better, faster and user friendly access to the data, which is very important to enable them to give the better service to the customers. This new system offers faster and more accurate information needed by the Management of the company in order to reach higher productivity, efficiency, and increase control of their Medical Representatives' activities.
