Domino's online ordering system is a method for effective, efficient and faster order processing over the Internet. This method is effective because it allows the customers to browse through the Domino's product catalogue and make orders without coming to the shop directly. Thus, efficiently reduce paper works. Faster because it only involves a few number of clicks to make orders. his thesis focuses on online ordering business process only. The research involves business process analysis, designing, implementing application to domino's current system. The system design gives presentation based on data and work flow. The physical design gives the user interface design for data manipulation. his research uses PHP and Delphi as the programming languages and MySQL as the Database Management System.
