The purpose of this thesis is to reduce the congestion or stuck in Jamblang - Sultan Iskandar Muda Street intersection. Reed Switch sensor is used as a detector or sensor to detect whether there is congestion or stuck in Jamblang - Sultan Iskandar Muda intersection or not. And then, when stuck occur, traffic ligHTM will change its sequence into stuck sequence to reduce the stuck in the intersection.
