Implementation of a plc controller in a transfer and stamping station

Nowadays, pneumatic system plays an important role in an automation system in industry. Pneumatic systems become popular because it is clean and fast. Therefore, the productivity of the production can be increased. In this opportunity, a pneumatic stamping system is introduced. This system use electro pneumatic system with a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as the controller. The stamping system consists of two main parts. First, is control line which is used to control the whole system, the function of control line is making the system work properly. In this control line, a Simatic S7-300 CPU 315 is used as controller. Second is power line. The power line consists of electro pneumatic components such as pneumatic cylinder, which will do the physical work.
