Designing a model of a microcontroller based future parking system
The primary purpose of this paper is designing a model of a microcontroller based future parking system that can be used as a training prototype for microcontroller's laboratory. Creating a three axis robot as the transporter is the main concentration for this thesis project that can be controlled manually using a joystick and push buttons through microcontroller. This model can also be implemented in a real application to overcome today's parking system problems by constructing an automated vertical parking space. In addition, implementing an automated parking system is more efficient, because people do not need to spend more time for looking a parking slot.
