The study of Text-to-Speech application has been made by many developers nowadays, but TTS applications for mobile devices haven't been made. rnrnSimulation before implementing TTS in mobile devices was made in VB.NET to simulate how TTS works by detecting call input and go to the database to search for the identify id, speech output will be release according to id in database or only the id number.
