The correlation between remuneration structures and employee's job satisfaction in hotel x
A recent study made by Career-Builder.com shows that turnover is the most severe problem. The report says that one of four hospitality industries worker does not like his or her job and nearly a third of all employee in the business plan to switch jobs before the end of 2006. Even though this report is made for the hospitality industries in the USA, hospitality industries in Indonesia should also consider whether this phenomenon also happen in Indonesia.rnWith the threat of high turn over, hotel industries in Indonesia should consider to look on their employee's job satisfaction. With close ended question questioner, this thesis tries to look on the correlation between remuneration structure and employees job satisfaction in one of a five stars hotel in Legian, Bali. As the result came out, it turns out that remuneration structure in this hotel is a big determinant of job satisfaction. It determined 95,34% of job satisfaction.
