Analysis of student's needs of Swiss German University's programs

The purpose of this study is to investigate the student's needs of Swiss German University's programs especially programs, in Business Administration faculty. This study also examines what factors that influence the student's needs of Swiss German University's programs in Business Administration faculty, what are the student's needs related to Swiss German University's programs in Business Administration faculty, and what are the strengths and the weaknesses of existing Business Administration programs of SGU. rnThe methodology uses in this thesis include consumer behavior, customer needs, factors which influence needs (Peter 2005, Kotler and Amstrong 2006). This study includes qualitative data and quantitative data, which the respondents are students from Business Administration faculty of Swiss German University. rnThis study describes the needs of students which is include academic needs, library needs, lecturer needs, laboratory needs, classroom needs, academic services, and other facilities related to their respective program. The result of this study will provide useful academic information regarding to the needs of Business Administration faculty students.
