There is still many piracy happened in every where including in mobile phone for mobile content, especially for music (song). DRM is one of the ways to prevent piracy, because it is able to control distributing from one device to another device. The purpose is to protect mobile phone's content and to find solution of how to help anti piracy happening longer to keep the originality of digital artworks. The result of this research shows that the DRM can protect mobile's content, but it is not too effective against piracy. Because, DRM can be applied only for certain device and it is too expensive for mobile content. People still has another way to listen to the music, not only in mobile phone but in any platform.
