Developing and implementing request and approval modules in the information technology assets management system: storix project

Schenker Integrated Online Request and IT Inventory Management System or so-called as STORIX put its concern as a project that develop an application that will help Schenker IT department and other departments in any Schenker branches for flattening bereaucrecy in requesting IT item assets and Access. It will give detail information and support then in the decision-making process. The Application will effectively provide information for IT administrator in PT. Schenker Petrolog Utama.rnSTORIX project will consist in several modules. The author put his concern only in request and approval modules, and evaluation module. The request and approval modules are responsible for collecting every request in database records and distribute that records to specific person for authorization process. The evaluation module perform evaluation and calculation for a specific vendor's purchase order and store it on the database. Modules will be designed using a specific web programming language (PHP and HTML). MySQL will be used as the database engine and Apache Server will be used as the web server.
