Analysis of a click and mortar business model to increase value and revenue in the wedding organizer industry
The purpose of this thesis is to examine how wedding organizers should be concerned about their services and products and how they can deliver them to their clients efficiently by using the click and mortar business model. This research takes on three wedding organizers in Jakarta as case studies, namely HN Wedding Organizer, Ivan & Friends Wedding Organizer, and Shine Wedding Organizer. The rationale of the study is that these wedding organizers still use the brick and mortar business model. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the click and mortar business model in the wedding industry in order to improve efficiency and increase revenue. The research methodology steps are observation, analysis of the problem, design and development of the portal website, implementation, analysis of the portal website and summary.rnrnThe implementation of the recommended system is expected to improve the efficiency in giving information to clients, such as choosing the wedding dress, wedding place, souvenirs, and all other aspects involved in the wedding industry. The system can also give the information to the wedding organizer about what clients want and about time management and time efficiency for both parties.
