A market study of customer satisfaction with city cars: the link between consumer behavior and customer satisfaction
These days, there are many people using a city car as their car. It is interesting to analyze why many people are interested to purchase a city car. This thesis is to study whether the consumer behavior influences customer satisfaction and which consumer behavior variable that is most significance to influence intention to buy a city car.rnrnA close ended questionnaire is distributed in Jabodetabek area with certain profile categories to look on their behavior and satisfaction. As the results came out, behavior on purchasing is different based on their marital status, job and expenses. Consumer behavior is significant in influencing intention to buy, but not customer satisfaction. And the most significant variable that influence the intention to buy is the intention variable.
