The purpose of the research is to solve the motivation and working performance of labors in PT. Mitra Asean Sejati. The methodology steps are Hypothetico-Deductive Method which consists of observation, preliminary information gathering, theory formulation, hypothesizing, further scientific data collection, data analysis and deduction.rnrnFor the finding out, author knowing that the problem of the research at Indonesia is located on wages, compensations and relationship between labors with the inspector.rnrnFor the conclusion, if the motivation problem is solved it will also solved the performance problem, interview and questionnaire is important. Money and the inspector is the main reason of the problem. Theory of motivation and working performance appraisal method is very important and useful in solving the motivation and working performance problem.
