ERP software (MFG/PRO) implementation at PT. Saritama Food Processing

The purposes of the research are to find out the implementation of ERP software (MFG/PRO) at PT. Saritama and to analyze whether it has effectively affected the company. The author begins the research by conducting a library research and followed by company research. The author examines the company by having an open-ended interview and formalizing a questionnaire. After a careful observation the author find out that the implementation at the company has been successfully implemented in technically terms. It is proven by the rare error process of the system. However, the IT infrastructure and IT resources are not well developed. By having that issue, the author believes that the company has not reach a maximum benefit that can be generated. Thus, in this thesis the author provides recommendations for the company using several international IT standards as guidelines.
