An analysis of employee performance, absenteeism and turnover: case study of PT Ciptateras Adibusana
The research was conducted on PT. Cipta Adibusana and was focused on the high turnover of employees in the operation department. The purpose of this research is to find out what causes the company to have such a high percentage of employees resigning. The researcher will use correlational study that helps in identifying the important variables that associated with the problem. The researcher will also use field experiment to detect the cause and effect relationships in the natural environment in which event normally occur.rnrnThere are several factors that affect these conditions such as the employees find their job boring, there is a communication problem between the top and lower management and the working environment are not friendly. There are also no information about promotion and mutation and in case there are, it based on director personal wish or desire and not based on the working performance of employee.rnrnBy using the hypothetical - deductive as one of the methods to collect the data, developing the theoretical framework, generating the testable hypotheses, making a research design in gathering the required data and analyzing it, the researcher can arrive at a solution to the problem.
