The correlation between management style and employee turnover in the sari pan pacific hotel
This research paper purposes are to investigate the management style role in maintaining the level of employees' turnover through job satisfaction and stress variables. The methodology research of this paper is an inductive-explanatory-quantitative method including a literature research, a field research/observation and in-depth interview with the Department Head of Front Office Department. This paper should help the future research on the importance management style and its effect in employee's turnover.
