An analysis of service quality in customer buying decisions at the Nannini Grill Restaurant, Plaza Senayan, Jakarta
This research focuses on service quality as one important factor in customers buying decisions. It gives a clearer perspective of how service quality can affect and the significant role of service quality in customers buying decisions compared to product and atmosphere offered by Nannini Grill.rnrnThis research uses inductive-explanatory approach using quantitative data. It starts with observation of customer's decision-making process and how they judge each affecting factors in their decision-making. These informations are then used to determine which of these factors that is most important to the decision-making. To be able to significantly determine the factors, a series of statistical test is used. To add depth to it, library research and in-depth interview with the marketing manager of Nannini Grill was also conducted.rnrnThe result has shown a significant degree of influence of service quality in customer buying decisions. Thus, will be a value as guidance for the management to develop more accurate service strategy. This research can help to improve the drawbacks in service quality of Nannini Grill Restaurant. It may also serve as a foundation of other future research that may take into account the affect of service quality to customer's buying decision in general by comparing serveral restaurant or other hospitality establishment.
