Analysis of customer satisfaction in an Indonesian traditional X Restaurant in Jakarta
Restaurant X is one of the most popular traditional Indonesian food restaurants. It can be found in almost every corner in Jakarta. Therefore the purpose of this research is to know what factor that influence customer satisfaction in restaurant X. And to find the correlation between those factor and customer satisfaction. The primary data of this analysis were gathered from the customers of restaurant X through questionnaires and by interviewing the manager of the restaurant. The secondary data included literature review and fax sheet from the management of the restaurant X. The sampling of this research were 50 people. The data will be using the correlation formula and t- test. The result showed that there are a positive correlation between product and service quality to customer satisfaction given by Restaurant X. And the result of the t - test showed that the satisfied customer will return to the restaurant.
