Designing and developing a manipulator for a mosaic pattern maker using a micro controller and a PC

The development in the industry world demands a fast, accurate and efficient production system. But humans have limitations, such as speed and accuracy in production that reduce the efficiency in the production process. This Mosaic pattern maker is one of the solutions that technology offers to fulfill this requirement. It is using manipulator to move mosaic pieces to the target locations desired by the operator. The operator not only gives command, but also monitory the system through the PC console. Through the PC, operator decides which mosaic pieces will be placed in a certain target location, so to make mosaic pattern. In this system sensor is used in order to detect the precision of the distance.rnrnWith this system, the mosaic pattern will be as the operator design, so the error factor will be minimized, especially when the system is demanded to make a push production. The system testing are purposed to control the entire process, from the moment when the operator give the input through the PC, until achieve the specific mosaic pattern is made.
