The primary purpose of this research paper is to study the effect of bond issuance to the share price of Initial Public Offering (IPO) Indonesian Bank. The research will focus on the IPO banks industry in Indonesia.rnrnThe thesis will start by outlining the bond definition and then summarize the findings of share price reaction following bond issuance. Then, the thesis will summarize some of the recent related findings that relate the bond issuance.rnrnThe thesis has found that the bond issuance has significant relation with the share price reaction.rnrnTo conclude this thesis, bond issuance gives significant effect to the share price reaction. There are some factors of the bond issuance that can affect the share price reaction such as leverage of the bank.
