Analysis of erp system implementation in affecting the work efficiency and productivity in company x

The purposes of the research are to investigate the impact of ERP implementation and also to measure the productivity and efficiency level of company X after implementing ERP systems. The methodology in this research are using descriptive statistic, financial ratio and balance scorecard as a tool in measured the performance of the company. The author were using Microsoft excel PHStat statistical program to measure the difference between before and after implementing ERP systems in company X. The findings indicate that after implementing ERP systems there was an improvement in working performance, it was proven by the financial systems that enable to one time data collections and improvement in production systems. Another finding indicate that there are evidence that company X have not shows any significance progress either in efficiency and productivity, and this conditions that need to be improve by company X.
