The influence of brand toward customer purchase decision case study: teh botol sosro
The purpose of this thesis is to see how brand can influence the customer buying decision. Nowadays, brand plays an important role in the market. It also represents the unique identity and personality about its product and services. Many customers identifies brand with quality and price as well. In this thesis, the object of research is teh Botol Sosro, because Sosro is well-known for its tea product in Indonesia. It shows that the brand of tea Botol Sosro have increased the scoring of color aspect, aroma aspect, taste aspect,and thickness aspect of the tea.
