The poultry farms in Indonesia commonly applied the manual egg collecting system, which generally employ more workers to manage the egg production. The problems are they bring bacteria which affect to the poultry and the eggs. Then it will affect the hens to produce the egg that has low quality and large numbers of cracked in it. Based on the farm size and a large number of the poultry, the manual grading and packaging system will not save the operation time. The owner must employed more staffs which means pay for higher estimation salary than using automate collection system. And also the habitual criminal problem that occurs in each industry in Indonesia is the robber which always ready to thieve the egg from the cages. It makes the owner suffers the drawback periodically. To meet the high reliability, ease of operation and gentle egg transportation, need an organized system which can be realized in poultry farm. How complicated is the system depends on farm size, different house designs and individual requirements of the farmer. Process egg production has several stations which each will control and categorize the product to accomplish the standard quality.
