Application of motors speed synchronization and automatic stretcher tension to increase efficiency of plastic usage and better wrapping result in wrapping machine
This thesis is intended to develop a prototype of stretch wrap machine. Some features are added on the existed wrapping machine built by Ki Ernando Osmar. There are two main improvements made, the first one is adding a rotary encoder to the turntable then synchronizing the speed of film web. By synchronizing them the wrapping result will be stable from the bottom until the top of the object. The second one is adding a controllable film stretch mechanism which will elongate the film, thus reducing the film usage and resulting tight wrapping result.
