In this thesis, the researcher would like to develop a data warehouse system applying the business process runs in supply chain management division at PT. Vico Indonesia. The data warehouse system could gather and analyze the data collected from the data sources in supply chain management. In order to develop the data warehouse system, the methodology used are requirements gathering, defining the data source, designing the relational target warehouse, designing the ETL data flow mapping, deploying into the target warehouse, and loading the target warehouse. All these methodology are conducted respectively. This data warehouse system shows the requested items within the last 5 years by extracting data from the sources, transforming it, and loading it into the dimensions and cubes. The process of loading the data into the dimensions and cubes has been done successfully.
