The problem to be examined involves the relationship between leadership styles and the sales achievement in a property business.rnThe primary purpose of this research paper is to study the significance of leadership style in relation with the amount of product or services that being sold. A secondary purpose is to determine into what extent that the leadership styles are affecting those sales quantities. rnThere are four area of research problem:rnThe level of delegation from the supervisor or manager is a very important aspect to evoke the desired employee's behavior, which will motivated the employees to boost the sales.rnMost managers today forgot that employee's guidance and coaching throughout the time are really important to increase employee's productivity and in the long term will increase sales achievement. Increase responsibility among teams through the right the delegation from the managers could increase team skills to increase the sales. The leadership style of a manager or supervisor should be an important factor in reaching company goals which one the most important goals are to have a great sales achievement. The study is significant because of several reasons: A manager on a company have a various leadership style. those leadership styles will influence employees motivation and turnover. it is significance to study different types of manager and supervisor leadership in correlation with the sales achievement of a company. There are almost as many theories about leadership and leaders. people who are considered to be a succesfull leader have a various characteristic and style so it is significant to study those differentiation on those leadership style.",",",
