A study of the consumer attitude towards Syariah insurance in Indonesia
The primary purpose of this research paper is to analyze consumer attitude towards Syariah insurance in Indonesia based on study of customers from several Syariah insurance company including PT. Asuransi Allianz Life, Manulife and Takaful Indonesia; customers of conventional insurance and common consumers. This study is using quantitative and qualitative method; and in the form of descriptive exploratory design. The researcher is finding out about the consumer attitude towards Syariah insurance by test the market about the knowledge and information gathered from this industry, the reason they interested and the benefits they might receive. The low level of consumer's knowledge toward this insurance can become a reference by the Syariah insurance industry to have an improvement in the marketing sector.
