The Consumer behavior towards branded items among high school students in South Jakarta
Teenagers are the potential people who may become the loyal consumers in the future. Similar to other market segment, different approach should be prepared in order to deliver the right value to these young consumers. Therefore, this research purpose is to enrich information on teenagers' behavior consumption pattern as well as new insights on teenagers' personality nowadays. This research use qualitative and quantitative method. It begins with preliminary interview to the respondents in order to acquire proper information to be written in questionnaire. There are 145 valid questionnaires being processed for this research. Finally, this research concluded teenagers today are a generation who understand good quality as a sign of maximum value every product should deliver.
