How international business school in Jakarta take advantage on the alumni network to strengthen their image
The primary purpose of this research is to determine the steps which are rncommitted by several international business schools in south Jakarta, rnand Tangerang to maintain relationship towards alumni and How to gain rnadvantages from them.rnrnThis research is mostly qualitative. From each of business schools, 1 rnstaff that manage and maintain the alumni division will be given an in rndepth interview and direct questionnaire. After that, the alumni that rnconsisted of 30 persons will be given a short questionnaire and short rninterview. The data obtained from alumni will be used to support the rndata from the staff.rnrnBased on findings and analysis both of the business schools have the rnsame steps to maintain relationship with their alumni network. Both of rnthem also have the same steps in capitalizing on their alumni network. rnBoth of business schools stated that provide website is the most rnimplementing step in maintaining relationship with their alumni. Both of rnthem also state that by forming an alumni association will help them to rnincrease their image in the public. The alumni association act as rncommunity based marketing for both business schools. With good rnmaintanance, the community-based marketing expected to grow bigger and rnturn into business school's sales forces"."
