Execution of corporate culture in the aspect of human resources in hotel x
The Purpose of this research is solely for analysis, using qualitative and quantitative data gathering. As we noticed that, every change in the management brings a change in the culture of an establishment. This thesis is meant for the analysis on how does an establishment being Hotel X as an example executes the changes in the management and corporate culture. The findings within this analysis using t-test for the hypothesis of the mean, is that not all changes in management brings about a completely change in the corporate culture, and only some elements such as attitude, rituals and some value of elements are changed with the change of management. Also, we see that hotel X is using training as a medium for executing and implementation of change.
