The flow of tourism system is strongly influenced by the external environment. One of which is the act of terrorism. This act of violence has spread and made tourism destinations became of no exception as object of terrorism. This challenge has emerged the importance of crisis management for tourism destination.rnrnBali had been hit by crisis caused by terrorism act twice. The impact is so severe that not only caused the drop in visitor number, but also caused economic downturn and damaged the image of Bali. Responding to this crisis, strategies had been developed and implemented to bring back the conducive situation to Bali.rnrnThe purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of crisis management executed in Indonesia specifically in Bali. Both primary and secondary data are used. The primary data is the result of questionnaires and in depth interview, while secondary data will be gathered from case study and statistics.
