Fashion market consists of so many brands. In order to increase the market share, fashion company can satisfy their customers by implementing good segmenting, targeting, and positioning strategies surf brands also one of the brands which compete in the fashion markets in Jakarta. Brands like Rip Curl, Quiksilver, Billabong and faces should like brand like Zara, Baleno,or Giordano. In order to maximize customer satisfaction of surf brands, research has been conduct. This research is a descriptive study using area sampling. Then use the importance and performance diagram and statistical tools. This study provides information about customer satisfaction of surf brands in Jakarta.
