Analysis of customer loyalty on hand and body lotion of brand x
The research was conducted to knowing the factors that will be influencing customer loyalty on hand and body lotion product using brand X. By this thesis start, author has indicated there were eight factors that are indicated influencing customer loyalty on the product of hand and body lotion product. They are performance, conformance, durability, reliability, features, serviceability, aesthetics, and perceived quality. In which come from internal interview with the company representatives.rnrnThe product which is used as an object of this research is bengkoang hand & body lotion from brand x with using sample research in cengkareng area. The method of data collection is delivered by conducting questionnaire in three supermarkets in Cengkareng area which represent the population of Cengkareng area. Those supermarkets are Carrefour Taman Palem, Hypermart Daan Mogot Mall, dan Carrefour Puri Mall. As author has completing this project, there are proven, research result on seven factors significantly influencing customer loyalty which is conformance, perceived quality, serviceability, performance, features, reliability, and aesthetics.
