Plo? & Co. GmbH, a German furniture wholesaler, has operated the furniture business for twenty years. In 2006, they decided to build a supporting unit in Semarang, Indonesia, named PT. Ploss Asia as a furniture manufacturer. This thesis will analyze about the value creation by building PT. Ploss Asia for Plo? & Co. GmbH and the secondary purpose is to enhance the existing value and competitiveness in international market competition. The methodology in doing the research is quantitative method and qualitative method for supporting the data information that got from the internal data of the company, observation and interview the management of the company.rnrnThe analyses have shown that the major consideration of opening PT.
