Assessing the correlation of customer satisfaction to brand loyalty of impressions body care centre bintaro jaya
This research is conducted to discover the effect of customer satisfaction to brand loyalty of Impressions Body Care Centre which is located in Bintaro Jaya. Three variables of customer satisfaction measurement are used in this study, they are attributes related to product (X1), attributes related to service (X2), and attributes related to purchase (X3). The dependent variable is brand loyalty which consists of 5 questions and the data in this study are from questionnaires that has been distributed to 52 customers. The analysis was done by using multiple linear regression model. To test the hypothesis, F-test is used, the result shows that there is relationship between customer satisfaction to brand loyalty. Next, to find out which variable plays dominant role to create brand loyalty is by using T-test which resulted that attributes related to service (X2) is the dominant factor that influences brand loyalty.
