The impact of hot wi-fi spot in food outlet establishment operation attractiveness

The purpose of this thesis is to study the phenomenon of the Wi-Fi that exist today in the food outlet establishment operation. Moreover, it is to finding the influence of Wi-Fi in the customer buying decision.The primary data is collected through questionnaire and dept-interview with some food outlet establishments operation. Nowadays, Wi-Fi is become a tools for food outlet establishment operation. Therefore most of the food outlet establishment are offering Wi-Fi facility in their service. The label Hot Spot as a strategy to keep mainting the existence of the food outlet establishment operation as same as to attract the customer. Beside that, during the food outlet establishment operation's hours; Wi-Fi bring advantage and disadvantage to the food outlet establishment operation. However,as a conclusion Wi-Fi not has a significant impact to the food outlet establishment operation's attractiveness. Wi-Fi is the way to attract customer to enjoy the customer's free time.
