The purpose of this thesis is to identify the employee awareness of the implementation of CSR by analyzing hotel with employee engagement, to find out how the implementation is by analyzing hotel and the perception of every person about CSR. The primary data is collected by conducting in depth interviews, questionnaires within employee level and some of managerial level and gathering secondary data about the CSR activity from Public and Relation Department. Microsoft Excel 2007 will be used for statistical data and PHSTAT2 to calculate z-test sample for differences in two means. CSR is very important for our lives in many kinds of areas; it can be in environmental area, economic area, and education area. The implementation of CSR is very helpful for those who are still below the prosperous people, so this thesis will focus on CSR activity from hotel analysis, which in this case is Hotel Sari Pan Pacific, Jakarta. There are many kinds of activity that HSPP has, and they can be seen in the employees' opinion about this activity.
