Influence of product mix on buying decision of smartphone consumers
This thesis explores the aspects related to smartphone?s product mix performance inrninfluencing consumer purchase decision.rnA smartphone is a mobile phone offering advanced capabilities, often with PC-likernfunctionality. Smartphone progress in Indonesia itself also has a quite fast growth.rnVarious models and brands of smartphone that available in the current market makernconsumers have to be more careful prior to make the buying decision.rnThe questions that arise are: are there any correlation between product mix andrnconsumer?s buying decision and what is the impact of each product mix element onrnconsumer?s buying decision. To acquire the desired information, this study conductedrnusing primary data and secondary data. The primary data is collected usingrnquestioners that were given to 200 respondents. The result of this study is therncorrelation between product mix and buying decision and the impact of each productrnmix element on consumer?s buying decision.
