Factors influencing customer purchase decision in buying shell gasoline
Shell Indonesia has recorded a new milestone in history with the official opening of the first retail outlet in Karawaci, Tangerang. The Shell fuels retail outlet has modern, fast flowing pumps, which provide a digitally printed receipt as manifestation of its commitment to provide high quality products with accurate quantity and the best service. In order to compete with other retail gas station companies, Shell must acknowledge which factors that would be part of customer purchase decision. This thesis is to study which factors of consumer behaviour that is significantly influence the customer purchase decision. A close ended questionnaire is distributed in Bintaro and BSD Gasoline stations since the customers segment in these areas are varies, their behaviour and perception are observed using marketing mix tools, as a result the most influencing factors to customer purchase decision are product quality and services.
