Developing marketing strategy - case study of hotel x
Bumi Serpong Damai is a new business development area, and not so many Hotel are located in Bumi Serpong Damai. The owner of Hotel X sees this an opportunity for people who needs a place to stay for a short time. Hotel X still uses a simple marketing strategy which only focuses on promotion. This thesis will provide some new inputs that can be used by Hotel X to develop its marketing strategy.rnrnThe study uses descriptive method approach which are interviewing the company and surveying people's preference and behavior when using the hotel services. The results show that marketing mix indicator 4p's do impact on the consumer behavior of using hotel services.
