This thesis is intended to optimize production line at PT. PEMUDA BAJA RAYA. The objective of this thesis is to increase efficiency and effectiveness in terms of number of throughput, queue, and cost from the production line of small dump truck product. The existing condition is analyzed by using Theory of Constraints, Pareto Analysis and Assembly Line Balancing. These theories are used to generate ideal condition of the production line. The result of this work will be a new production line condition such as throughput increase, less stacked queue at the workstation, and increase profit. The analysis and optimize proposed condition is presented by using ARENA simulation package.
