This thesis project objective is to design self service kiosk system that reduces customer waiting time. The thesis scope is to construct a validated model that represents the real condition of the current cinema system. Arena simulation software is used to construct the model. As a result, the validated model can be constructed and the output comparison of current and purpose system can be obtained to support the more accurate decision making process.
